TOOLS + is a state of the art tooling facility that specializes in building large tools ( up to 40 metric tons / 88,000 lbs ) for pressure die casting of aluminum and zinc parts.
Our facility is located in the southern part of the Czech Republic near the towns of Pisek and Strakonice where there is a 100 year history of toolmaking.
Tools+ provides comprehensive engineering services for the design and development of die cast aluminum and zinc parts and assemblies.
Complex part design / analysis and development on Pro Engineer, Tool design on Pro Engineer, CAM path generation with WORK NC followed by tooling on modern high speed CNC equipment.
